Health Is As Important As Knowing Your ABC‘s! 😉
So I thought to myself, why not collaborate the 2 and make it fun!
Below you will understand my favorite health tips from A to Z!
A is for Affirmations
Your Affirmations are the back bone for your mental health.
Affirmations can be any statement you make.
However, too often, we think in negative affirmations.
Thoughts such as:
- I am ugly.
- I am fat.
- I am unworthy of love.
- I hate my life.
- Nothing good comes in my life.
- I hate my job.
These negative affirmations will get you NO WHERE and leave you constantly asking the universe for NEGATIVE things to come into you life.
However, when you change those negative affirmations to positive ones like:
- I am beautiful.
- I am healthy.
- Love comes to me with ease and abundance.
- I love every aspect of my life
- I trust that everything happens for a reason.
- I now accept a wonderful job.
This will channel your consciousness to create these beautiful affirmations in your life. 🙂
B is for Beautiful
Simple as that, you ARE beautiful. <3
C is for Crystals
Crystals having amazing energetic healing benefits.
You can use them during your meditation, yoga practice, or reiki session!
Each crystal has an energetic healing benefit for its specific chakra.

D is for Devotion
In order to be healthy for Eternity, we must be devoted.
We MUST make our health a PRIORITY.
When we are devoted to whatever it takes to be healthy, we set our selves up for success!!
When we fall, WE GET RIGHT BACK UP. 🙂
E is for Exercise
(Roles eyes as I eat a chocolate bar)
Haha, only kidding… kind of 😉
But honestly, I don’t talk about exercise too much.
However, when it comes to our physical health, it’s SO incredibly important.
I’m not asking you to go out now and run a marathon…
But do go for a walk daily, take a bike ride, do yoga, or anything that YOU enjoy to get your endorphins going, your blood pressure reduced, your weight decreased, and your energy heightened. 🙂
Try for 10 minutes a day and increase it from there, slowly!
F is for Family
In this day in age, everyone is always “too busy” to do anything but work.
This really makes me sad because working shouldn’t be your number one priority in life. (GASP!)
You really need to make time for your family or even friends.
They will make you laugh, relax, socialize, feel loved, and smile.
ALL ESSENTIAL THINGS FOR YOUR OVERALL HEALTH!
So maybe it’s time you made that certain phone call to a special someone in your life that you haven’t spoken to in awhile.
You never want to regret not speaking to them. <3
G is for Grateful

When was the last time you really sat down and thought about what you were grateful for in your life?( I hope Thanksgiving isn’t the only time you do!)
Gratitude creates a higher frequency for yourself because when you are constantly grateful, you are happier and more aware of even more greater things that have yet to come! ohhh ahhh.
By sending out a positive thank you to the universe, you will in return, receive even more positivity back into your life.
With that said, name 5 things you are grateful for today? 🙂
H is for Helpful
Do onto others as you would want done for you.
Being helpful to others, even strangers, is great for your mental health!
It will make you feel all tingly inside, give you something to smile about, and make you feel like you are benefiting the universe. 🙂
Take 5 minutes or less out of your day to help a family, friend, or stranger in need!
Open the door for an old lady, help your mother bring in the groceries, or help your friend by listening to them vent! Anything!!
I is for “I”
This one is SO incredibly important because we must make OURSELVES a priority.
No if, ands, or buts 😉
When you are constantly taking care of others and forgetting to take care of yourself, you are depleting all of your energy, which in return will eventually take a toll on your own health. (sigh)
Whatever you need to do to make sure that YOU come first, do it.
Your mind, body, soul, and spirit will surely thank you!!
J is for Joy
Notice I didn’t use H for “happy.”
That is because when we use the word happy we tend to say “I am happy because..”
I am happy because I have a house. I am happy because I have food to live.
Granted being happy isn’t a bad thing at all, but it implies that you are happy because you have external “things” in your life.
However, when we speak of joy. We speak from the heart and spirit.
We FEEL joy when we go within because what’s on the inside is what really matters the most.
I learned this very recently and was absolutely star struck. (which I hope you are too…)
So next time you view your life, change your thoughts to “My life is filled with so much love and joy.” 🙂
K is for Kindness
That is, kindness to others and yourself.
Acts of kindness for yourself may be:
- Taking a self-care day.
- Telling yourself daily positive affirmations.
- Eating nutritious food.
- Allowing yourself to rest and revitalize.
- Listening to your body and giving it what it really needs.
When we are kind we create overall mental, emotional, physically, and spiritual health!
L is for Love
Love is the most powerful thing we have going for our health.
When we love ourselves and others we are able to conquer all!
We were placed on this earth for one reason: to love.

M is for Meditation
Have you every thought to yourself “why is meditation so hard?” or “why can’t I ever get my brain to shut off?” Trust me, I understand. However, I do have some superb tips and tricks on how you can significantly improve your meditation. Click Here to read more!
Some incredible benefits of meditation:
- Reduces anxiety and stress.
- Lowers blood pressure.
- Increases joy in ones life.
- Cardiovascular health.
- Boosts immunity.
- Calms the nervous system.

N is for Naps
That’s right, I said it! NAPS!
According to The Sleep Foundation, when you take a 20-30 minute nap a day, it improves:
- Your alertness.
- Improves your mood.
- Improves your performance.
So what’re you waiting for?!
O is for Optimistic
No negative Nancy’s! How about, optimistic Ollie’s?! Can that be a thing? 😉
When you are optimistic about situations (even times that seem impossible to be positive about), you are telling the universe that you are willing to receive all things great and positive in your life.
In return, you shall receive only the best. (ask and you shall receive).
Try it, really cannot hurt. 😉
P is for Personal Coaching
Yes, therapy is TOTALLY necessary for most.
However, sometimes we do go through that rough patch in our lives.
Where we just feel alone.
We don’t feel like we need a therapist, but rather a guidance to get back on track.
What I like to call a:

Q is for Quiet Time
Quiet time is great for your mental and emotional health.
Take time out of your day to breathe, relax, and turn all sounds OFF (including your brain).
Meditation is a great way to use your quiet time 🙂
R is for Reiki
Reiki is INCREDIBLY powerful for your overall health, but especially healing your spiritual health.
Benefits of Reiki:
- Decreases or cures: anxiety, stress, PTSD, and depression.
- Improves energy within the mind, body, and soul.
- Improves sleep.
- Improves the Immune System.
- Helps speed up recovery from a surgery or life-long illness.

- Improves concentration and clarity.
- Releases emotional wounds.
- Prevention for developing diseases.
- Helps heal an unresolved past or a traumatic event in ones life.

S is for Smiling
Change that frown upside down!
It takes more than double the amount of muscles and work to frown, so why do it?!
Have you ever noticed that even if you’re in a bad mood and force yourself to smile, you immediately feel lighter. (Try it!) 🙂 “Cheeeese”
T is for Trust
We must trust the process of life.
If you find yourself constantly asking the universe “Why is this happening to me?” or you suffer from major anxiety problems. You are not trusting the process of life.
Trusting the process of life resides in the Root Chakra. If you feel off balance in your legs or don’t feel grounded, you might be off balance in your root chakra. Try these affirmations below. 🙂
U is for Universe
Did you know you can ask for any guidance in life, by simply asking the Universe for answers/help?
Try it and I might come back at you and tell you “I told you so! ;)”
But really, the Universe is listening, just ask 🙂
V is for Vulnerable
Being vulnerable is actually very good for your mental health.
I thought you’d never ask 😉
It allows you to release all of your emotions that have been built up.
Remember: it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to vent. You don’t always have to be mr. tough guy.
W is for Walking
I love walking! Walking is great for your physical and emotional health.
Take a 10 minute stroll everyday to allow your mind to relax, endorphins to kick in, and stress to reduce!
X is for XOXO 😉
Hugs and kisses are a daily necessity! 😉
Don’t have a significant other?
Kiss your pet, if you have too!! 😉
It will boosts the “love hormone” oxytocin, which makes you feel all ooey gooey inside! Nothing better than that!
Y is for Yoga
Yoga is beneficial for your mental, physical, and spiritual health!
Yoga is literally changing the lives of people daily.
Just to name a few benefits:
- When we are more aligned, aware, and balanced with our soul and Higher Power, we become whole.
- We start to understand what it’s liked to be unconditionally loved.
- What it’s like to be present and ask for Divine’s guidance through life.
- We become more aware of our actions and language towards others and ourselves.
- We become trusting of lives timing and everything the universe has to offer.
- We become less whinny and more timely.
- We understand our emotions and how to think before we speak.
Ultimately: We become the Highest most Powerful forms of ourselves.
Z is for Zealous
Did you know that your energy is a great sign of your health?
When you have a lot of energy throughout the day and people even comment on it, that is a great sign that you are physically, mentally, and spiritually well!
