1. Lavender

  • Every morning, I rub frankincense on my wrist to promote a health immune system!

3. Lemon

    Place water, apple cider vinegar, and 5-10 drops of lemon into a bucket (or a spray bottle) and clean those germs and dirt away!
  • I also love using lemon in my food or water. It’s safe and yummy! But make sure to only use one or max two drops! Oils are much more powerful than a lemon you get at a grocery store. About 50 lemons are used for a 15 mL bottle!!!

4. Peppermint

    I place peppermint in a diffuser and hover over the diffuser for 5 minutes or so until I feel my sinuses open up. I also take one drop of peppermint and place it under my nose, which works like magic. 
  • When I have a headache (which is quite rare for me), I use a drop of peppermint and rub it on my temples! Works every time.

Peppermint is one STRONG essential oil! It doesn’t take many drops to do its job!

5. Eucalyptus

    I put about 5 drops of eucalyptus and 5 drops of peppermint oil into a diffuser.
